چکیده
The dominant approach in the fight against breast cancer is mastectomy. Surgical operations include diagnostic, therapeutic, palliative and reconstructive procedures. decision as to procedure depends on type, location advancement of tumor, well preferences patients, skills operator availability methods at a given centre. It worth noting that with increasing number there have also been significant advances treatment, surgical techniques used, consequently quality life index has increased. Nowadays, clinicians' attention focused not only elimination cancer, but best possible cosmetic effect treatment. In patient should be multidisciplinary, because mastectomy its complications affect patient's appearance after surgery, psychological aspects, changing self-perception pain complaints.
